Because every PawPrint Creations product is made to order and personalised to your design, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

We want you to love your order. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Wrong Item Received

Received the wrong item? Let us know and we'll send the correct product at no extra cost.

Print Quality Issues

If the print quality doesn't match what you approved at checkout (faded, misaligned, or incorrect colours), we'll provide a free reprint or a full refund.

How to Report an Issue

Email us at pawprintcreations.shop@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos showing the problem

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
